I was introduced to Human Design in 2021, and everything started to shift with just three pieces of information: my Type, Strategy, and Authority. As a 2/4 Sacral Generator, reconnecting with my body’s “yes” changed the way I made decisions, showed up in relationships, and led my business. It wasn’t about fixing myself—it was about remembering who I’ve always been.
Before Human Design, I spent nearly a decade coaching entrepreneurs and consulting with executives. My work has always been about helping people move through change with clarity and confidence. Now, Human Design is a living part of that process.
This isn’t about learning the system—it’s about letting your design support the life you’re already building. Whether it’s parenting, business, or simply showing up as yourself, your chart is a mirror, not a manual.
